贫铁矿选矿厂提高铁精矿回收率的跳汰选矿工艺流程

  选矿厂原铁矿选矿工艺流程存在的主要问题为:

  (1)JINGKUANGPINWEISUIKUANGSHIXINGZHIBIANHUAJIAODA,ZONGTIJINGKUANGPINWEIDIYU68%。

  考查发现,原流程中二磁精样品粒度分布情况为,-0.074mm含量占24.5%,品位为51.50%,单体解离度为83%。其中-0.3mm占86.95%,品位为54.71%,金属分布率为93.46%,单体解离度为89%;-0.1mm含量达到34.74%,品位为65.48%,金属分布率为44.69%,单体解离度为97%。考查表明,后续的磁聚机和检查筛不能有效选取已经单体解离的磁铁矿。检查筛上粒度组成与二磁精相近,这表明细筛筛分效率低。不仅降低了磨矿效率,而且容易造成部分磁铁矿的过磨,严重影响生产指标。现场二磁精不仅具有较高的单体解离度,而且对选矿指标影响比较大,对这部分产品采用适当的选矿方法,早收已经单体解离的粗颗粒磁铁矿作为最终精矿(品位≥68%),可减少细筛给矿量和二段磨矿机的循环负荷,对于提高磨矿效率和细筛筛分效率都是有利的,进而可以提高磨矿细度和单体解离度,实现综合铁精矿品位≥68%的技术指标,并且会进一步提高回收率,减少二段磨矿机负载容积,其节能降耗意义重大。综上所述,决定对二磁精后的工艺进行改造。

  工业分流试验取得的合格铁精矿产率较高。控制筛下螺旋溜槽精选工业分流试验结果表明,从选别生产流程的中间产品中早收合格铁精矿是完全可能的和有实际意义的。按所设计的早收工艺流程,可以取消现有耗水量大的磁聚机,减少细筛数量,显著降低二段磨矿循环负荷,减少过磨现象。有利于提高铁精矿回收率和精矿脱水,有利于提高回水水质和节省用水量。

  微细粒磁铁矿的磁团聚和磁夹杂是一普遍的现象。现有的筒式磁选机,常靠多次磁选以提高铁精矿品位,其收效甚微。公司经过多年研究,开发了低场强自重介跳汰机,该设备将磁电、跳汰与重介质选矿相结合,所设计制造的300×300mm分选断面、带有低场强的自重介跳汰机,作为磁铁矿精选设备应用于水厂工业分流试验取得了良好的结果。在现场试验中,采用低场强自重介跳汰机直接处理0.5mm控制筛下产物(在0.5mm控制筛下,采用一台低场强自重介跳汰机取代了螺旋溜槽、检查筛和三磁等设备,简化了生产流程),其处理能力为2.38t/h,相当于31.5t/m²·h。工业分流试验结果为给矿品位62.64%,精矿品位68.27%,作业产率84.16%,作业回收率91.72%。经一次分选能够稳定地产出品位TFe>68%的优质铁精矿,达到了生产高质量铁精矿的目的。
