提高金矿选处理能力跳汰选矿设备

  针对原磨矿效果进行流程考察,磨矿作业的动力消耗占整个选厂电能消耗的30%-75%,凡是利用系数高的球磨机,都说明磨机本身以及全厂的生产能力已经得到充分发挥;如果利用系数低,说明磨机尚未处于最佳工作状态还有潜力。从流程结果看出,老系统的球磨机利用系数和分级效率偏低,没有达到最佳工作状态,有一定的挖掘潜力。本着充分利用现有资源和减小投资的原则,对现有的工艺流程进行优化改进,增加选矿处理能力至1000t/d,提高球磨机利用率,降低选矿成本,提高选矿回收率

  原矿中粗粒金占23.89%,含量较高。针对此情况,应强化重选,提高重选回收率,增加跳汰选矿和摇床选矿,利用矿石密度的不同进行分选。首先,在一段球磨排矿中增加重选作业,新增1台JT2跳汰机,2台6S摇床,采用跳汰精矿-摇床-摇床精选-毛金流程;其次,为了强化跳汰机重选效果,对2700*4000球磨机进行排矿改造,增加筛网编织的圆筒筛,将矿浆与粗粒和碎球分离,使矿浆更好的通过跳汰筛面,避免粗粒和碎球在筛网上沉积;此外,冲程和冲次是影响跳汰选别指标的重要因素,因此,应适当提高跳汰机的冲程和冲次,以保证矿浆面在筛网上的松散度,并将矿物按密度分层。改造后,平均重选回收率达26.92%,比改造前提高了13.86%。

  金矿选矿青海快3车间通过优化新老系统磨浸工艺,简化了流程,节省了老系统设备的运转费用。此外,通过合并岗位人员,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了重选回收率,最终提高了选矿回收率。运行一段时间后,工艺稳定,完全满足工艺要求。处理矿量为28万t,原矿平均品位为3.0g/t,尾矿品位为0.09g /t,选矿总回收率达到95.83%,提高了0.63%。重选回收率由13.06%提高至26.92%,重选效果明显。每年多回收黄金5292g,年收益增加137.59万元(按260元/g计算)。金矿选矿车间老系统原处理能力120t/d,通过优化新、老系统磨浸工艺,节能挖潜,选矿处理能力达到 1000t/d,可以节省老系统的2台95kWφ1500*3000球磨机,1台5.5kWφ1200单螺旋分级机,1台18.5kW渣浆泵,4台 5.5kWφ4500*5000浸出槽,5台5.5kWφ4000*4500吸附槽。年节省电量177.4kW·h,节省电费一百多万元,节省钢耗五十多万元,节省人工费用三十万元,实现年综合效益三百五十万元。
